IQ and Essence X Launch IQ India

IQ Group, in collaboration with their India partners launched ‘Industry Qualifications, India’, at the Smart, Secure and Sustainable Cities India: Technology and Investment Summit, convened at Windsor, UK on the 13th July 2015. IQ India will provide access to a range of IQ Group products and services, contextualized where appropriate for the Indian economy.

IQ India will offer qualifications for individuals to British and International standards in conjunction with Industry Qualifications Ltd, which is an Ofqual regulated awarding organization in the UK. Industry Qualifications and IQ India will also be developing qualifications for the Indian economy to NSQF requirements. IQ India will also offer audit and certification services for organisations, to ISO, British and other national and industry standards through UKAS approved certification body, IQ Verify Ltd.

In addition to the certification activity provided in conjunction with Industry Qualifications and IQ Verify, IQ India will also manage the Indian chapter of the Institute of Administrative Management (IAM), one of the UK’s oldest management institutes, providing Institute services and professional recognition for Indian administrative managers and personal assistants

IQ and Essence X Reach Agreement on India

The agreement allows for the distribution of IQ British and International qualifications, and the development of qualifications suitable to employers in India as well as employers of Indians abroad. The initial focus will be on the Security, Information Technology, Engineering and Electronics industries, wherein Essence X has developed relations with some key stakeholders.
