Employability

To help in employability IQ has come up with Skill Cards. IQ’s skills card scheme contains key information about each owner (owner of the IQ certification i.e the individual)) and is intended to act as a verifier of the qualifications they hold to anyone who scans the QR code. This would essentially be of immense help to employers, as it would identify specific skills within a subject and quantify the same in respect of prospective employees.
